At risk of being spit on and hated by everybody, just wanted to present Fine Host (FINE) as a momentum play. 1) Improper accounting procedures took them from 43 to low teens. 2) SEC halted them mid Dec 3) An informal SEC investigation revealed no blatant wrongdoing 4) Trading was allowed to resume on Mar 3 5) Here is the price action and volume to date: tradepbs.com 6) They do have 13 lawsuits pending 7) Public documents maintain no loss of customers, 7 new contracts signed. Details to be released publicly very soon. 8) Generates very predictable 1/2 point swings Hopefully I won't be "bashed" to hard...but it has been a very profitable stock since the resumption of trading.
