Hi C/C, from the 3/10/98 s-1/A filing, only 4,025,000 shares are being registered, and 525,000 of that is for the underwriters overalottment option, so the market cap of the 3.5 million float is much less. Still, as you said, gonna be HOT. Would love to be a Morgan Stanley key client. Not quite sure yet whether I'll pick some up at the first publicly available price, or wait for a little trading history,or maybe not at all. How 'bout yourself? dh
