All the speculation re LD is irrelevant. If any of you were around the last time he was running the company, you know the problem was not whether he was buying or selling (he was selling, by the way - a lot). The problem was that Valence couldn't make a battery that held a charge. If they can now, the stock will go up. If they can't, it won't. I doubt they will supply Hyundai, but Ultralife might. If you want to play VLNC, buy Sept 5 or 7.5 calls ( I like the 5's for 1 1/2) and be prepared to lose all your $ or make a lot. This is a spec.
