First, I am holding a position in DGIV. Second, I have a request. The next time someone talks with DGIV IR/PR, please ask this specific question: Are you paying for the article in IBD? This should give you an idea of what to expect. If DGIV is paying for the article (as I suspect it is, given the location someone mentioned earlier), it means DGIV will put information in paper promoting the company. This does not mean you should throw in your chips. It just gives you a better understanding of what will appear in the paper. I'd recommend those of you putting large stakes into DGIV pick up an IBD and look at the area where this article is supposed to appear. It does bring companies to an investor's attention, but I don't know how many people rush to buy the stock based on these article/ads. I would also ask very specific questions about the revenues this latest contract is supposed to generate... and also ask about margins. What kind of profit will the contract generate? Last but not least, ask about the specific steps the company is taking to meet NASDAQ listing qualifications. It must push up the stock price (that's first and foremost). Many companies will do a reverse split to drive up the price and then work to meet the other requirements. Get specifics. The IR/PR person is going to hand you basic, abstract info. It'll sound good, but you really need to dig to figure out if you have a gem here. I am one of those people who bought FTEL when it was selling for .03 a share. I talked with Frank Peters, who explained carefully how the company came about, what it did and where he saw it going. He had a plan/vision for the future. He shared basic margin information with me without getting too specific. He talked about the companies that he was working with.. and the companies he planned to target. He had a plan for getting a NASDAQ listing.. a plan that has taken nearly FIVE years to execute. Real companies share this kind of information. They get on the phone with you and talk. They let you look at their financial data. I like the sound of DGIV and bought it because of its similarities to FTEL. Good luck to all of you. Kath
