if you are a technician, dont you think AAPL goes back a bit even if you think its going up in the interim...look at your chart

Eric ... once again you have done a fabulous analysis (with great graphs) to illustrate the point that all of us who follow AAPL closely know.

When the press is directly told what is going on the stock moves - unfortunately when the coverage is not there, investors slip back into the "Apple is dying" mode and the stock drops.

Real profits in a few consecutive quarters combined with a new paragdigm and new partners will change that, IMO.
