Davef, you messed up my name. It's Dan with an A.

I believe this guy flaunted his place of work on this board. I believe that he was using his work experience to put some of the TAD business in context. Had he posted this info at night. Had he left Lennar unnamed, it's OK. As I recall, he even posted on the Lennar thread, and naturally was asked questions about the company. I think that shareholders can ask questions about those activities. If I post using an email address as danpacker@actrade.com you have a right to ask pointed questions. You have the right to call the company. I may not like it, but as a shareholder, you have the right. It's possible that under certain circumstances, you have an OBLIGATION to make that call. An example: if your ACRT shares were held in trust for your children and you are the fiduciary. I believe you owe it to your kids to make that call.

Re: contacting the Webmaster/Webmistress, I believe you have the right to do whatever turns you on. My comment wasn't about rights, although I strongly believe in the freedom of expression on the 'net. I believe that you can use the mouse or blocking software to eliminate personally offensive websites.

Frankly I can verify nearly everything that Mr.Pink has posted about this company by using data bases on-line. Actually I ran a Dun and Bradstreet search on the company. I found what appeared to be a sanitized report. They report very few transactions as compared similar companies of similar size. So this would indicate that either ACRT doesn't do the volume of business they claim, or the D&B information sources are flawed. The D&B guy was sort of shocked when I proceeded to show him stuff from other sources. I make no claims about the report. I have erected one more small red flag in my personal evaluation.

So you think what you want think, and say what you want to say, and I will too. If you dip your pen in my company ink well, all bets are off.

Freedom Fighting,

Dan Packer
