Goodmorning All: It really is goodmorning since I slept most of the weekend and now i m ready for next week. The whole week seems to go by like a fastforward movie, then comes saturday where u can hit the pause button. thanks for recommending stocks to buy. I bot lucent again soon after the downgrade. I was tempted to sell at 120 but did not cuz all the money manager will want to do window dressing w. Lucent. I m now investing in telecomm fundS since, i don't have much time to study individual stocks. sw: i have built up on software stocks individually and created my own set of sw stocks. intel still my biggest holding (i think), though dell, msft,csco catching up fast. I miss you all too in that, thought occurs in my mind, that all these people I have never seen/met how come they keep occupying my mind? to startup or not to start up: anyway, last week i was thinking of joining a start up. In last 10 years, i have had many oppurtunities to join start up but I declined as i belive most of them fail. Only paranoid would survive? I probably will not join a startup just a thought and that occupied a bit of my time last week. Valley is booming in everydirections: Just 7 miles from my house, homes are being sold for $5-7millions like it was nothing. With avrg price in Los Altos hills maybe 1.5 to 2 mil. It is incredible what all these people are paying mostly all is bot with CASH! their annual propery taxes are higher then my annual full payment for the house. The town i live in is not that expensive but still i think people are paying ridiculus amounts. I drive buy things i could have and should have bot but oh, well.
