You all must understand something about the financial statements of companies in the development stage. Nine out of 10 of them will have auditor notes just as can be seen in the BAAT statements. Shocking as notions of "without additional working capital future of company is doubtful" might sound... it is very common and is what you see before each round of financing gets organized. It is what you call RISK. Great wealth is created by early stage investors who can understand and then deal with the risk.

The great risk mitigator is a startup CEO who can live off the land until things get flowing in an efficient direction that can attract customers or partners. Joe seems like that sort and the fact that he gets cash for BAAT from other interests of his is a credit to his commitment. The fact that he can raise money for an energy deal suggests to me he has credibility with financing types.

I think BAAT is a classic early stage deal and has just the right chemistry for my blood.
