Neal: I think Mr. Rowland points out a real problem which we all acknowledge (even the rah rah longs) which is that even when Naxos does a "right" thing or a "good" thing it is met by industry skepticism. The company really needs to do better PR and explain the Naxos story. I've communicated with the Oracle and I think his concerns are quite reasonable but I also don't think he has the full picture. Does anyone from the company address these sorts of negative press items? If they don't they should. The company needs to educate these critics. Look what Clinton's fast response team has been able to accomplish. The strategy works. JLA
