I did not make that statement up. It's a well known phrase. I guess you don't read investment books. However, that is part of an investment thesis. You can't solely based on that alone. you need to check the uniqueness of the products, who are their competitors, why it's undervalued,ect. Lots of questions to be asked. Of course, the peg is based on the future assessments, so it's not perfect. But trust me on this: peg = 1/4 is a rarity, find one like that and please let me know I would appreciate it very much.
