I doubt if Rockwell warning makes much difference, other than market makers taking the opportunity to pull the stock back towards $20. The PAIR/Rockwell deal is about the future; ADSL technology is what we really need -- 56K modems are a very poor replacement. Analog modem technology has been pushed beyond its usable limits -- it is time to move on to something else. Greg
