2000 bug forces federal freeze.

Companies with an Ottawa presence (CGI Group, SHL/Cognicase, Hexagon/Cognicase, DMR/Cognicase, LGS Group, Agiss) should see increased demand.

It also looks like more internal resources will be put on so that we could also see sales of Cognicase's conversion and testing software.

Signs for the impending explosion - higher low's, tight range, and with volume starting to build, more buyers than sellers.
As for Monday, that's my superstition. Last few Mondays have not been good.
