You're wrong. Its enforceable only if the patent is uphold--which doesnt always happen, particularly if it can be demonstrated that there was prior use. Drug patents are different-there are two kinds of drug patents:composition patents and method of use patents....Glaxo got the second kind, b/c they put AZT into a delivery system. Comparing drug patents to ACRT is not valid.
