Eugene, btb is the lowest it has been for Jan/Feb since '91. My GUESS is it won't go lower than 0.8 before it turns up, i.e. more shallow than in '96. I'm bullish the same way everyone here is bullish: for the long term. If an investor doesn't care to play the dips (or thinks he hasn't the skill), this is a good entry point, if he is willing to hold for a couple of years. Finding a good exit point is something one should begin to think about also and spent even more time on than the entry point. GM
