Jerry, institutional investors (mutual or pension funds) do not generally invest into juniors. TSE will help the credibility and introduce the stock to investors or traders who as a rule may avoid VSE - but still, as a junior it will not get too much following.

Check out TJV with their unique V-chip thing or NHM with supposingly the only production-belt sterilized package system for surgical and other medical tools. Both apparently good products but the stock performance is not too exciting following the initial runup and certainly does not appear to be accumulated by institutionals.

Again, I believe that the fundamentals mean foremost money, revenue, profit, earnings - call it any way you like, not goodwill. And fundamentals are needed for institutionals as they generally trade by pre-set rules (prospectus) => PYT needs to get to the next level. I personally believe it is on the right track but my guess is that the rally is over for near future.

Good night.
