<<<To clarify, Zenith's management, led by its new Chief Executive Officer, is developing a business plan, and LG is in discussion with Zenith management and members of Zenith's Board of Directors concerning that plan. No decisions have yet been made by LG and therefore statements in the Korea Herald are inaccurate. LG does not expect that Zenith will earn an operating profit this year.>>>

LGE can't have it both ways. Either give Gannon and Dangremond 100% power to turn around Zenith or purchase the remaining shares of Zenith and run the company as LGE sees fit. My guess is that neither Gannon nor Dangremond will last the year if they have LGE overlooking ever stategic move they (G&D) wish to implement.

That $60 million profit figure didn't come out of thin air. Certainly, it was the upper end of someone's projection either in Zenith or in LGE.
