Ask Gary Morgan who is the Chairman of the Board.

Interesting question. Information about RMIL's management has often been surprisingly incomplete and/or ambiguous. For example, as Mawork1 notes in #reply-2370349 :

<<b.) In Part III, Item 10, where the Company is required to disclose the names of its officers and directors, the Company answered, "Information sufficient to respond to this item is not within the possession of management and is not available to management". The answer is remarkable in that the Company's Internet home page lists its officers and directors, and they signed the 10K.>>

(Information quoted by Mawork1 is from the OVIS 10-K of March 1997:
sec.gov )

Another example comes from the RMIL 8-K filed on 10/9/97.:

sec.gov

The 8-K simultaneously says Puhr is President and CEO (and the 8-K is signed by him), while the OVIS/RMIL merger agreement included with the 8-K filing says he gets those positions after closing (presumably referring to the closing of escrow with the $5 million equity investment).:

"1.5 Resignations of Present Directors and Executive Officers of Olympus. At Closing, the present directors and officers of Olympus shall resign, in seriatim, and designate the directors and officers of RMCW to serve in their place and stead, until the next respective annual meeting of the stockholders and board of directors of Olympus/RMIL, and until their respective successors shall be elected and qualified or until their respective prior resignations or terminations."

Apparently the agreement may have been modified after signing on 9/24/97. If so, were there any other material modifications to the agreement after signing? And when is the "the next respective annual meeting of the stockholders and board of directors of Olympus/RMIL"?

Turning to the question of who is the chairman of the board, RMIL's SEC filings and press releases appear to have been entirely silent on this issue since the announcement of the proposed merger (or have I missed some public communication from RMIL after 9/24/97 announcing a change?). Historically there are two 10-QSB's from early spring, 1997 where Morgan's titles are given as chairman and CEO below his signature:

This information (almost a year old) appears to be the latest and only information available on the question from OVIS/RMIL's EDGAR filings.
