simple, look at ICBC it was irrelevant if you had $1 million dollars on 3/30 and withdrew it all and was left with 2 dollars on 3/31. You would get nothing. All that matters is the record date. Ridgewood I said was only rumor that 1/31/98 was the cutoff date. Who knows.
