prob FGII, they're doing all of NE's conversions.

R: ESV-- there are no 30,000 foot jackups. You must be looking a well depth and not water depth. The deepest drilling jackup is around 450. the real value in jackups is their location. "premium" rigs in the north sea outfitted for harsh environment get higher dayratews and are more in demand. additionally, west africa and India are also showing very good strength in the deepwater jackup mkt, coincidently these locations all contain NE rigs.
