Dear missing - well, since you and I differ in opinion, we can leave it at that. However, I think in-process charges etc happen often to networkers, including BAY and CSCO, since they know the name of the game these days is to acquire or be acquired.

Anyway, good luck to you with CSCO.

Yes, 'bosco' is a masculine name, unless we are talking about the one in "seinfeld" <vbg>

Missing: Not that you asked - but my advice to anybody who analysed a company the way you analysed BAY in your last communication with Bosco, would be to sell. Apparently you never had a good reason to buy and apart from hoping for a better exit point you have no reason to hold.

I think BAY has received more serious analysis on this thread and in the brokerage houses. But if your considered response to all of that is that the latest BAY results are a "fiasco" there is no use flogging a dead horse. Good luck.
