Ken, did you give the state the recorded phone conversation between Rhetorik and myself whereby he denied three times that there were no convicted felons associated with the company and asked me repeatedly why I asked that particular question? That conversation took place the first part of January, 1997.

I believe I heard others in the office that day. Who else listened in on that phone conversation that was held over Mike's speakerphone? He lied to me, which I knew of course and said he had a sore shoulder from all the calls he had made the previous evening to shareholders.
That confirmed my suspicions before the conversation even began.

Not really, but I would suspect that receiving one might account for his swapping positions with others and bowing out of actively serving as the moderator of WK.

Again, if you have preserved what you claim, it seems to me a pretty open and shut case and one that should be vigorously pursued. And Btw, he never did volunteer exactly who was trying to hypothecate those 150,000 restricted shares of GIFS for his 504 offering related to IRI. In fact, he has claimed that he was never a corporate officer with IRI at that time, but rather a "consultant" charged with obtaining subscribers to the 504.

What a wicked web that has been weaved.

Regards,

Ron
