I guess Claud does have inside information. He was alluding to this bit of wonderful news. Or was he alluding to the fourth lawsuit?

Yes, Mexico! Where anybody can walk into any pharmacy and purchase antibiotics, steroids and other powerful medications over-the-counter --- no questions asked.

Apparently Mexico is the only place where Zonagen feels that they have a chance of getting their wonderful product approved (but we'll see). I guess the dog ate their FDA NDA submission.

Jay, try to be a little objective

Long ago, Zona was talking about filing in Mexico on their own - before signing a partnership deal. The benefits of obtaining Mexican approval were 1- actual market experience with the drug and 2- SALES $$$$. One or more of the companies they were negotiating with at that time requested that they hold off on the Mexican submission as they were interested in worldwide rights - Zonagen complied & did not file.

The benefits of approval and sales in Mexico are essentially the same today - except you can add that it will be a major blow to the Asensio/wexler alliance. Zona could be generating sales revenue in Mexico (& parts of the rest of South America) by the end of the year.

This is GREAT NEWS - if you can bring yourself to agree, at least don't embarrass yourself by ridiculing it.

Oh, and don't worry - the NDA filing will be coming along soon - also the patent decision, other product development news, etc., etc.
