Frank,

Since the start of the Yahoo! CVUS thread (last November), there have been 3 or 4 data customer testimonials, all very positive.

Last night's (from out of the blue) poster on Yahoo!, who reported problems, absolutely failed to identify what was actually wrong with his service, while predicting the demise of the company and referring to some imminent mystery technology that he intends to adopt in place of his CVUS service. (If he meant DSL he will be waiting a LONG time.)

Basically, because the poster omitted specifics regarding his "difficulties", I doubt the validity of the post.

Dear Frank:

Beware of the Yahoo thread. Many posters there are not who
they claim to be. One earlier poster with the handle of Jasphoto
mentioned that his service was being upgraded to Speed,
and that the service had been interrupted at that time.
If I recall correctly, he posted several messages
during last year indicating he was pleased by CVUS's
service.

In other words, it is conceivable the recent posts on Yahoo
are genuine, but it is just as likely they are
posted by shorts who are trying to squeeze the last
1/2 point out of their short position.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
