Just in. WE (FOX SPORTS) have got the Dodgers. CVC up 10! Looking to buy the YAnkees. As of last week they became my mso. Boy are they high on sports properties! Expect to see them demoing Actv at their Wiz stores when available in ny/nj area. Art

Steve, When we talk digital, we talk HDTV. We have the only full motion video platform at this point that will work with HDTV. Lets hope our patents hold when they will inevitably be put to the test. The only thing I did not like about the MSNBC article was that it really did not state what our relationship with Fox is. IMO, what it did was to give us great international exposure and cause potential investors to take a closer look at us. Now if the story gets picked up by CNBC, we might really have some fuel to feed the fire before the analyst meeting in April with ML. All in all, a land mark day for ACTV. FMG
