Russell,

Below is what I think....I don't know anything.........

Interesting thought......On Monday, many may have believed that the Mick Orgas call to buy was what inspired 1.7 million shares to trade hands.

His army of followers......took the stock to 48 cents.......right?

Nope!.....The Mick Orgas call was neat.....it exposed a supply weakness. He pulled up their skirt...so to speak.

Mick Orgas did his next pick this morning. MDCE.
Take a look at how his army was able to run that little stock. MDCE has taken the blow and held firm...no big event there. The MMs were able to provide the stock......knowing that the pressure would be off soon. They either had the stock in inventory...or they borrowed shares and shorted into it. The MMs maintained an orderly market. That is their job......and they seem to have done it.

The event Monday was not a Mick Orgas event. He may have triggered it.....but I believe that there was much more to it. You may find that a 200,000 share short position (initiated in the morning) HAD to be covered......and there was no stock available/willing to be sold to the MM who needed it until it was at nosebleed levels. IMO....if some...not all ( I believe Mick and the savy guys are still in) the Orgas army AND another MM was not bailing out at 40 cents......the stock would have been halted due to order imbalances. It was a mini short squeeze. A taste of honey. Imagine what the deal would look like if busters could rip open the 1,000,000 short position...(if there is one)....without folks bailing them out at 50 cents?

I know I would not bail out no stinkin short.......

On the surface...everything looks cool......$ 9,000 of BANY has traded today....and the stock is tanking. Looks real bad......right?

If the stock has been "shorted out"....then some well healed "funsters" come along one day and test it all out...... That would be a cool day......Keep in mind that Loyal BANY followers have been expecting company news on several fronts for some time now.

It is time to read the tea leaves.
