Keith: There was an article on Mar 18 WSJ California edition with a negative tone on Yahoo.

Mr David Readerman of NationsBanc Montgonmery Securities in san Francisco has a "hold" on Yahoo.

Andrea Williams of Volpe Brown Whelan in San Francisco rates the stock a "neutral"

Bear Sterns initiated coverage on Yahoo with a "neutral" ratings.

Today's issue of WSJ has a positive article on Yahoo stating that with the partnership with MCI, Yahoo can be a formidable competitor to AOL. Yahoo starts sending disks just like AOL. BTW AOL called again today offering 1 month free to come back. SHANE COME BACK SHANE.

BTW after the close AOL gained 1/2 to 61 5/8.
