They are probably using "break-even" logic. (Cost of up-front remediation = cost of "too-late" litigation). Isn't this what auto-makers use when they figure out whether to fix hazardous components?

Interestingly this is a Supply Chain Integrator(often discussed on this thread).
Also note that it is also doing business with Unilever.

No Y2k offerings though.
