Analysts rarely downgrade before bad news are out and the stock get a big hit. (ORCL for example). Besides, there's only 3 strong buy according to Zacks.

On the other hand, highly hyped stock can crash without any particular bad news. IOM is one such case. It happens after price blow out. AMZN does not show such blowout pattern yet.

AMZN will crash, but probably not until it make a run well north of 100.
