Help me out Andrew, I didn't think that the Apria suit involved current management. I could be confused. Why don't you say. I have no position in AHG. There were some things I questioned about its business model, so I turned it down. I did take a bite out of a related company. I know nothing at all about AHG, why don't you explain the relevance of a corporate shareholder suit against AHG to ACRT where management is dogged by a variety of personal suits that would seem to indicate problems they have being prudent?
