acb--The only thing that remains unclear is why SVGL does not have more firm orders for Micrascans.

< ASMLF does have more diversification and larger absolute number of customers - litho at ASMLF is more "commodity"ish (.25u) whereas SVG does more, consistently, at .18u. Hope this clears up a few things.>

Whose doing anything @ u.18?? Isnt that brand new (INTC)? Since SVGI is Intel's supplier I assume its them. And since when in u.25 "commodityish"... am I "Rip Van Winkle"?
