Larry, Response

The tone of my response is yes - I believe earnings will
be worse than -41 cents.

MUEI is trying to correct margin
problems but will need time to effect completely - and lets face
it, they are not one of the big companies in the PC market
and as competition gets more intense I say bigger is better
in the market place.

Regards MU, lagging the market with new products - NOW
THAT OTHER SUPPLIERS ARE PLENTIFUL - will not yield
profits.

I vote worse than -41 cents.

Nothing left to sell to mask the problems. What else needs to be said? This stock will be impacted before next quarter's earnings.

No it didn't go down, but it sure as heck didn't skyrocket either, did it? Let's see what happens next week, Larry.
