Jim, don't forget that CT&T owes CVUS for $760,000 that is carried on the CVUS balance sheet as a "Current Asset-Due from affiliates". CVUS pays royalties up to $80,000 to CT&T and royalties amounts in excess of $80,000 are credited against the amounts owing to CVUS. Ken.

I haven't the foggiest idea about the legality of the deal but the only people getting paid the big bucks seem to be lawyers and accountants for CVNY and Logimetrics. As a stockholder in both,I hope they are competent. The reason for the payment is most probably the need for Logimetrics/mmTech to remain in business as a supplier and repair service center for the hardware required to build new, and run the existing LMDS cells.
My field is the technology and I believe that the combination of the two groups will eventually create a high speed net which will increase both their values considerably both in NY and elsewhere.
Unfortunately I listened to the magic of "The Auction" song which is now sour. There is still a lot of life left for CVNY. And Logimetrics is headed upwards with their new management.
