Richard, I have an ongoing dialogue with George Levy (Chairman of Megaworld) as well as the British who just bought a majority interest and required the reverse because they want Nasdaq listing. The British are bringing a lot of things to the table. The New York Magazine will hit the streets On April 8. I have done my DD on George Levy and he is kosher. Former Time Warner executive. I have averaged down so I am not in bad shape and do not believe MEGWD is a scam. Could be wrong of course but I don't think so.

Heh Rich! Call me. All... I am also still here but I have been very quiet because it seems that I get really excited and Euto heads south. But I can't help thinking this is a very good sign with a short series of good news. The company is chugging along at a very nice pace from what I am seeing. As all of us know, the big news of the 50 million shares is what we are all waiting for. I do hope as has been mentioned, that at least some of the shares are slowly starting to be bought back, but I think that is a little premature.time will tell. Great volume again today, let's see what this tub can do! I'm betting she can do warp speed given a little encouragement! John
