To OFW, Regarding the rumor as to the value of the East Texas properties purchased by Titan; they refer to the current purchases of lease hold properties over the last thirty days. Example: if you bought a house six months ago for $500,000 and the identical house next door sold last month for 1 million, rumor has it that your house is worth a million as well. We have no ethical or legal problems reflecting possible current valuations. If the management of Titan will not directly state this as a fact then it is a rumor which we are quite happy to share. We are sure that it upsets you that possible Titans assets are increasing in value. Thanks. The Baron
