Michael, Whenever I call Dell technical assistance, the wait is usually anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. When I call Dell sales, the wait is 2 seconds (there's always a salesman available). G

Mike ; I jus have to ask if you know which insurance companies are primary in the South Cal real estate ..man there is no mention on CNBC or such , in fact insurance cos are getting hyped..but who ever is covering those houses washing down the hillsides over there is taking on some big losses no one is talking about, yet. Every week you see these things rolling down the hills, but not a word about how it's hitting the insurnce cos. Bet there are some insiders getting out of them.. Jim
