Hi All: Here's what I see as noteworthy in the 10-K. Anyone want to add anything? a) Less warrants to SB outstanding now (5.7mm) b) SB Funding for this year secured c) PM to put up another 0.5mm at a "milestone" d) Burned only 1.2mm last year, with a 0.02 loss for all of 1997 (That's very impressive for a biotech, especially with R&D up 79%). e) Spending on worldwide patents way up f) Need to expand to include a small animal facility and pilot manufacturing assumedly for clinical trials. This looks pretty good. What do you all think? FJA
