Valuespec, Taunt? I don't think so. All your documentation as you always wish to refer, seems to always have one thing in common..... the lack of perspective in which it was written. Negligence is not a legally acceptable excuse. For example, when I predicted $12 million, wasn't there a precursor of "if" certain things happened? Wasn't the guess of $11.81 just that "a guess" in a silly contest? Did you fail to put that in your documentation? No my friend, there is no taunting, only you know about that game. For sixty days I have stood by and watched you attack me, Franklin, Frank Peters, and the people involved with this company both as shareholders and as employees. Your accusations,innuendoes, and negligent remarks, implied or otherwise, have gone on long enough. You don't know me, and have never walked in my shoes. But I assure you that if you continue your harassment of misguided reference about me, representing negligence and total disregard, you will in fact meet me up close and personal in a court of law. You will also get to meet www.ssd.com My response: continue your rationale and see where it lands you. So, in closing I do not offer my hand as a gesture of peace but rather a shovel so that you may dig your hole deeper.
