News release Fri. 20 at 5 pm is of significants. 5 million convertible debenture at $1.2 and no warrant attached. Same lender of Benitz and Partners. With money enough already for first drill round of Sinchao and start up of Santa Rosa one would think something surprising is coming down. Expect this stock will strengthen it upward drive next week. Checked the shorts Wed. at noon and there are none, zero. That is remarkable for a stock that has done what emg has in the past 3 wks.The pro traders are taking no chances with this stock. Share your reliable info,I'm interested in what it may be. All this, along with drilling next week. :0} The amount of paper out will cause little resistance on price movement.Been real busy, will contact tomorrow Rob.
