I don't think that "tossed" is an appropriate way to look at the departure from the ASE. As part of the settlement with ASE, Naxos was allowed to voluntarily delist itself. I think this is something the company wanted and it avoided more scurrilous dealings with ASE. In the long run being on the BB and away from ASE has been a positive thing. I just wish we'd held out to resolve the ASC as well. JLA
