That's great news in a number of areas.

First, that you use this forum, very effectively I think, to continue to communicate on your company's activities in a frontier zone. More power to you and future successes with your pioneering efforts! I envy the adventure you've got to be having. Inspiring to me. As the world turns with constant rearrangement on who gets to do what as the market dictates I think you have a winning approach to harvesting the mantle's bounty. Warrants taking me a position in Steppe with the long term cost advantages you have.

I haven't accessed information in the last year or so where I can see who's the winner in investment in the FSU or their satellites. Hungary and the Czech Republic and Poland and Estonia, as the next prospekts to join the EU club, had the early money I read. And the Ukraine will be hugely embarrassed hosting this year's World Bank meeting with incredibly stifling levels of corruption holding investment at a trickle compared to others. That you mention Latvia has moved to the top in a specific parameter is very encouraging as, basically, you can't argue with geography. A recent meeting in Riga of a Baltic Council with heads of State bordering the sea reflects that reality.

So what are the politicians going to do? I'll read about it. But this free-lance trend spotter bets that as more wealth is created the odds improve for our survival as it's spread around.
