Kenny, Re:"P2 Yields on .25u",

Why do you seem to be in a state of denial regarding Intel's yields? Now AMD's yields might have improved but they should know what to shoot for if they are to stay in the game.
Intel is going to intro the 350 and 400 in early Apr.. From all I've heard, Intel is yielding everything over 350MHz and over 20% above 400MHz. (on .25u of course). These numbers should change soon as there are steppings designed to improve the speed limiting paths.

Best Wishes,
MJ

Kennie - Re: "north of 140. Sure Paul, maybe after including the 330mhz that nobody want..."

You asked and I answered - and now you don't believe it!

Well, Kenny , 140 net good die/wafer is the low end of the yield distribution.

Deny it, ignore it, neglect it - all at your own risk.

Sorry about the "330" typo - it should have been "333" but it appears that you aren't quick enough to pick up on that.
