JL, if memory serves me correctly, I believe IPM was trading over $1.00 and had been for some time, when the delisting notification was given. Must be for some other reason IMO.

JL, I don't know what I did with my NASDAQ listing requirements but I don't see under $1 as a problem with the stock. I thought perhaps you would find this stuff interesting.
