Excellent question. We are buying Goldbelt International and the ownership structure does not change in Kazakhtsan whatsoever. In addition we are acquiiring: The goldbelt office and equipment in Leninogorsk - being a fully equiped office A house in Karagailly with office and core storage area The Almaty offices together with office equipment etc. We will move in there over the weekend. We are in Kazakstan with total commitment to both the development of our propoerties and the industry in that countr.
