Trading resumed. The stock was down in the 17's, but is now back up past 19. This news isn't so bad long-term, but I don't like the way the company was so secretive about it.

In fact, I usually look to buy companies that take a share-price hit due to expenses from expansion. The logic is that you are paying less than before for a company whose earnings will eventually be much greater than before. I have done well with this strategy in QUIK and PETC, but in both those cases, I was buying at the bottom, after the hit. I hope KTTY can whip itself into shape and reap the benefits of the American International acquisition sooner rather than later.
