Pat, a quick answer cause I have to leave. I understand your plan and can't argue with it if you are a long termer, as you should be. I will talk about my trading position later. I don't follow Bay except that I remember that guru Abby J Cohen liked it 8 months ago.( she also liked Silicon Graphics and look at that co now , gg ). back tonite, TA

Pat, " Thoughts on BAY?". Here is a post from csco you might be interested in. www3.techstocks.com I don't know what to make of the FORE/DT/NN issue. Will have to wait till there is more data. i am concerned however that market is moving up on a song and a hope. In these situations I am reminded of the following wisdoms: " Never be afraid to take profits ". " When in doubt, remember: it is always better to be out, trying to get in, than to be in, trying to get out ". Having said this I am still very fond of NN and would like to get back in at the right time. Timing in the stock market is everything, IMHO. Will keep posting, TA
