You can disbelieve all you want. For the 350/400 MHz systems there are other system issues including the BX. Besides, Intel has their own schedule for speed intros and pricing one of the inputs for which is presumably competitive offerings and yield projections. My prediction is Intel will intro a 450MHz part earlier if they see AMD introing 350, till then they have at least a 2 speed bin advantage anyway.
Besides, I do not believe Intel's intention is to bleed AMD until they are forced to go to a bigger company for salvation (which might be a bigger threat to Intel long term). I believe, Intel aims to deny AMD profits to use to fuel future growth,
