Tahoe, this is entirely relevant.

If you were investing in a software company, wouldn't you care whether or not they had a good product? Would it not be relevant if the software crashed a lot?

Well, here the company's product is communication - precise, targeted communication. If they fail that in talking about their own company, what basis is there for a sound investment?

tahoeman,

I think that Jon has a good point. As a potential investor I would want to know if a company is doing ALL it can to market itself. That is in the best interest of the shareholders, right?

NETZ claims to be the leading provider of advertising solutions for the internet. If I were a looking for a company to provide advertising solutions for me, one thing I would do is check out their website. Should I be suitably impressed, I might contact them about becoming a client.

For you to say, "Sure, they should run spellchecker", tells me that you're not really interested in investment information. The fact that their website is a disgrace, is investment information IMO.

Let's assume NETZ is as legitimate as you think. It's in the best interest of the shareholders for them to have a properly running website. Revenue may be being lost here.
