Party, I'm not sure what you are talking about. I have NOT criticized anybody here on their spelling or grammar. If you think I have, would you please point-out where I have done that?

I agree with you completely - there are people here of varying education levels, of varying native tongues, some with disabilities, etc. None of these need be barriers to effective investing, nor should they disqualify posts from our consideration.

And we ALL dash off these posts quickly, and while that is sometimes detrimental, it also provides a spontanity that is unique and essential to this (computer-based discussion) media.

I have only criticized echoMedia on this point, and I think it's a more than fair criticism, given the business that they are in. I do not expect an accountant to make a mistake in simple addition, nor do I expect an advertising firm to have blatent errors of grammar in their own promotional material. When this happens, there is something wrong.

However, because others post here who cannot articulate or type their messages as well as some, this should not in any way detract from what they have to say.

I really cannot believe that you seriously are saying that it is ok for a professional nationwide company to produce type that is not even formally correct?! It is their d*mn job to make themselves look the best so that customers actually feel that they can trust them with their message. You are trying to make light of a fundamental point in marketing.

To not make sure you present an impeccable website if you are in the web ad business is like having a salesman with jeans and a t-shirt washed to many times as a BMW salesman. Trust is key.

Which part of this do you not agree with?
