Pancho and all, BFIT just announced that it is filing to offer 2.5 million shares. Does anyone have more info?

I haven't seen that yet. Volume has really dried up; yesterday's number is 75,200 shares. It would take 33 days to move 2.5 million shares at yesterday's volume. Plus, some have said that NASD volume numbers are often counted twice (on the buy side and on the sell side), and of course if market makers pass the shares around, they can jack the volume up even more.

If they're really diluting by that number, 12%, I would say they're going down.
