SOROS,

I can't confirm, but it is interesting that CA has put out numerous press releases the past month or so touting its Y2K COBOL remediation abilities. They have "factories" of their own with practically unlimited capacity, and are widely advertising to secure as much business as possible. (With the CA "factories"; the mainframe code is sent to CA and processed on an identical mainframe vs. ZITL's PC-based conversion.)

They also keep coming out with support for additional COBOL "sub-languages"/libraries. ZITL never has announced support for anything more than its initial one. biz.yahoo.com

ZITL shouldn't worry though, after all, who would trust CA's warranty when you have the ZITL "best of breed" guarantee! (last seen somewhere on the goodfella's desk.)

Cheers, Greg

Was watching Zitel's trading in the last minutes.
Zitel traded 3,300 shares at 15 9/16.
Then a 100 share trade at 15 19/32.
Then a 300 share trade at 15 5/8.
Then trading closes for the day.
To me , it looked like MM's jerked Zitel up 1/16 .
If this was Friday, and I had puts or calls expiring, I would
question the last two trades as being rigged.

Your Friend, Michael
